I met Bob while working on a joint program to establish the manufacturing facility and process of composite structures for the global JSF defense project. He was the project manager responsible for delivering the project on time and within budget, working with all internal and external stakeholders including the end customer Northrop Grumman. Bob’s leadership and credibility were essential in delivering this successful project. His major attribute is his ability to work with people.
